I probably didn't come up with this recipe but i was thinking of it last night, and it sounded really good...
Cheese or Meat Ravioli's
Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
Fat-Free or Low-Fat Shredded Cheese (mozzarella, chedder, mixed..whatever you like)
Spagetti Sauce (any low-fat, low-calorie healthy brand)
Any veggies you want to add
Bread Crumbs
Riccotta Cheese
Layered in Pan:
Noodles
Sauce
Raviolis
Ricotta cheese
*Repeat*
Top with Noodles, Shredded cheese and Bread Crumbs for a nice crispy cheesy top.
Im not sure how long you would cook it for...probably around 325 - 350 for 20-30 minutes.
I think it sounds really really good, and it can easily be made low calorie and low fat by using low calorie ingredients...and you can add as many veggies in as you want too!
Im going to try and make it sometime, I'll let you all know how it turns out! lol
I'm not sure of the calorie count, I guess you would have to calculate it depending on the ingredients you buy and how much you use.
