I've shopped around and found a place where it costs between 4-5 dollars a tin. Unfortunatley when I recently ran out and didn't realize I didn't have another can, I sent my son out to the nearest store for some. It cost more than $8. I nearly fainted but was relieved to have it. Then again.. even at $8 a tin.. I'd have to say it is a bargain compared to the processed overpriced foods I used to buy that did me no good. |
My snacks-
- carrots, celery (insert whatever veggie is in the fridge) with hummus - soy crisps - sugar free jello - rice cake or soy cake -sugar free ice pops -strawberries and low cal whip cream |
