Lunch V. Dinner Portion
Well, my family is eating out at Red Lobster tonight, so I went on to the website to check out the Lighthouse Menu (shows calories, carbs, etc. and gives you options for foods that will help you stick on your diet). I was browsing through the foods, none of which I really liked since they are seafood, so I'll just have what I want tonight and go back on my diet tomorrow, because I haven't had restaurant food in a month, when I saw the same food listed twice.
I was like :?: I looked over at the Serving Size and one said Lunch Portion and the other Dinner Portion. What's up with that? Why would they change the portion size just because it is a different time of day?
From experience, I think the dinner portion is bigger.
