This was the point I was wanted to reinforce! I only buy whole seeds and grind them as I need them.

If you do nothing else to change your diet or exercise routine, simply adding flax seeds to your meals will lower your risk for cardiovascular disease.

I get this Nature's Path FlaxPlus cereal. I don't know if it truly contains the flax seed nutrition, but it's very high in fiber, and very low in WW points, and I think it tastes really, really good.
