weight smart one a day

  • Has anyone had any success with these things? What do they do besides supply your daily vitamins (and give you terrible smelling gas) that is different than any other supplement?
  • I took them for almost six months and I didn't see it perked my metabolism at all but I guess I was getting the vitamins and nutrients I needed, but if I ever made the mistake of taking them on an empty stomach then they would make me sick to the point of throwing up. Didn't take long doing that before I realized they weren't for me.
  • the "weight loss" ingredient they use in weight smart is EGCG, which is derived from green tea. EGCG supposedly helps boost your metabolism rate, but clinical trials used amounts higher than what's offered in WeightSmart supplement. (The vitamin also has higher amounts of the "energy" B vitamins)
