Default Boiled Cabbage

Does any one know how many calories are in a serving (1 cup) of boiled cabbage?

Ingredients:

Cabbage (2 heads, chopped like coleslaw, but wider)
1 tbsp. shortening
Sugar (just to sweeten)

A medium sized head of cabbage contains 218 calories, so two heads would be 436. A tablespoon of shortening has 108 calories, and a tablespoon of sugar has 48 calories. That's a total of 592 calories for the whole pot. Do you know how many cups of boiled cabbage you get out of the recipe? I've never boiled cabbage, so I don't know. I only like cabbage in coleslaw

Thanks Suzanne! I'm not sure how many cups but I do know that it makes a lot.
