I love eggs, and I eat the yolks, too. However, I don't eat them every day. Although, at 78 cals and 5 g fat, they're not really too bad. WW counts them as 2 pts.

I just had scrambled eggs for the first time in ages. Three eggs, only one yolk. It was good for a change.

I agree that the yolk contains all the fat but you do need some fat in your diet so I don't really worry too much about it especially not because only 15-20 % of my calories are from fat. But like I said I don't eat more than 3-4 eggs/week so I see how it could be a problem if you have 2-3 every day.

I have a food log on Fitday, so whenever I see that my protein isnt going to be 40% or more, I'll just throw 2-3 eggs into one of my early meals.. (I figure out what Im going to eat the day before..) (and I maintain 20% fat, 40% carbs, 40% protein)
