I would day so, I think that the actual composition of the food is what is important here. I try to never starve myself when I am hungry - I just make better choices and try to control my portions.

It's not ok to not eat when you are hungry because you'll damage your body more than you think. I say, we should follow a good diet program and not starve to death ... This would be the general idea ...
