I add egg whites into my oatmeal sometimes before cooking, it makes it creamier and adds a little protein. You can also add protein flavored powders into your oatmeal or peanut butter is another great source of protein and healthy fats you can add in there.
I do cottage cheese every morning as well! It's a great protein and delicious with fruit added in there! And takes very limited time to prepare! that's my demand when it comes to my breakfast foods, I have trouble waking up too earlier just to prepare a breakfast feast! ha Hope this helps! Good luck!

Top 3 for Breakfast: (For me)
-Oatmeal for breakfast with agave, Fresh ground flax seed and fresh fruit (blueberries, mango or strawberries) on top. (I sometimes add nuts to the grinder with the flax).
-1 scrabbled egg with 2 mushrooms chopped, 1/2 red bell pepper, few slices of sweet onion topped with 1 teaspoon or so of salsa and 1 piece of toast/bagel thin/flat out 100 cal wrap.
-1/2 cup fresh fruit chopped topped with one serving cottage cheese top with one tablespoon on granola top with swirl of strawberry agave :) and 2 strips of turkey bacon. Yummy!!
