almond butter makes me hungry
i had a banana with 2 tbsp of almond butter, but it seems to spike my appitite. any help/explainations?

I’ve noticed the same thing. Almond butter sounds filling, but for some of us the combo of healthy fats + quick carbs (like a banana) actually makes hunger kick in harder. What helped me was pairing almond butter with protein (Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or even a boiled egg). Much more stable.
