Psyllium husk
 

Anyone else use this supplement? I find it has helped me to maintain. I haven't been eating the best but continued to take the Psyllium husk supplement and remained the same weight over a 3 month period. I owe it to the Psyllium husk. I don't think I will ever stop taking it. I use any generic brand of the capsule form. I was wondering what other people have experienced with it?

I have used this and it is supposed to keep you feeling full up - got to say it didn't really do anything for me - if anything I think it is more of a placebo effect and was all in my head because I knew I was taking something that was suppose to fill me up.
I would be curious to know if it worked for anyone else though!
