Shrimp

Does anyone know how many calories are in an individual shrimp (i.e the ones you find in the rings or bags) it gives the nutrition in ounces and not pieces.. any information will be helpful for me to get through this night and week

That'd depend on size (shrimp come in varying sizes). A jumbo shrimp has about 13 calories, and a "popcorn" shrimp, which is the smallest, has 1. Most rings usually have medium or large shrimp, which are 7-9 calories a piece.

Your bag should indicate which size you have.

Thank you they are large size so I am going to round the # to 10 calories each for my journal. Trying to change up the diet a bit and shrimp is a healthier eating food choice
