Cream of Wheat...?

Is this stuff really healthy to have almost every day? I'm limited on breakfast options, since it seems I have developed an allergy to eggs, and I want to make sure this stuff isn't processed white flour. I looked up this wheat farina, but nothing said if it's a white flour or a wheat flour. Anyone know?:?:

I believe the bran and germ have been removed so that would make it not a whole grain IMO.

This is a milled/refined grain, enriched with vitamins to replace -some- of the stuff that is lost during processing.

Bob's Red Mill makes a "Whole Wheat Farina" that is a whole grain version of Cream of Wheat, as do several other natural foods brands. The basic Cream of Wheat you find in grocery stores, though, is not a whole grain.
