Slice of Honeybaked Ham - calories?

Hey ladies - My mom picked up a spiral cut ham from HoneyBaked Ham store today, and I'm trying to figure up calories per slice. On CalorieKing, it shows 1 slice as being 4.7 oz, and 280 calories. I really don't think that 1 slice is 4.7 oz, though.

Can anyone help? :?:

Not unless you weighed it before eating.

You can estimate it a bit. If what you ate was about the size (folded up) of a deck of cards, thats about 3 oz...or if its easier to envision, about the size of a checkbook (might be easier to compare it that way given the shape and size of what you're estimating).
