Daily Multivitamin? Help!

  • I am ashamed to say that I have NOT been taking a
    multivitamin like I should! Can anyone suggest a
    good one. I am pretty active as I take spinning
    classes 3 times a week and run anywhere from 10-15
    miles per week and weight training 3 times per week
    for about 30mins. Not sure if that info helps? I also
    take birth control (loestrin 24FE) and since taking
    these I have not had TOM Again not sure
    if that info helps either.
    If anyone has a good one they can suggest I
    would greatly appreciate it..

  • I think it's important to take vitamins while losing weight. I don't know how possible it is to get all your vitamins from food when you are eating less (I calorie count~maybe it's different for you since you exercise a lot.)

    Right now I'm taking a chewable multi from Trader Joes, but I'm looking to switch. I'm taking a chewable because I have a hard time with vitamins upsetting my stomach. Once I'm out (can't waste anything) I think I'm going to look for a vitamin that is food based (no synthetic vitamins.) I'm unsure of brands and such. I'm sorry I'm not much help. I'm looking forward to what everyone else says.
  • I take a high activity vitamin from Costco. It is pretty good.

    I think that is kinda why I have been avoiding them. They seem
    to do the same thing to me sometimes.
    Maybe I should try a chewable?
