Default Oh how the Avacados confuse me....

I've searched for information on Avacados off and on. Some say to stay away from them because of high fat that will make you fat... and others say to eat up, the fat is good for you... and while it is called "fat" it will not make you "fat"... does anyone know where to find accurate information?

Even to much of a good thing is not good, so IMHO the key to eating avocado's is "moderation" I love that they say "when eating avocado's instead of other fats," so instead of putting mayo on your bread, put a healthy slice of avocado instead.

I love them!!

Yep . . . just like Leenie already said MODERATION . . . Avocado, like Olive Oil, is a 'good fat' but it is still a fat . . . so you cannot just go hog-wild with it.
