starting my flex plan today need some support!

hi i am 52 ! and in need of support ! i am starting my flex plan today ! i need to do something that is structured ! ive done this before yrs ago and it worked then so i am hoping it will work again! i loss 108 lbs 2yrs ago and kept it off but due to stress and the holidays i gained 26 and need to get it off ! I WILL TOO!:devil:
