Share your meal ideas :)
Anyone care to share meal ideas? I need the inspiration! I'll start...
Breakfast: Frittata with 1 tsp coconut oil, a whole bunch of vegetables and some herbs, 1 egg, 3 egg whites and 1 T of parmesan or a piece of fruit (total of 5 pts) 1 hardboiled egg, 3 hardboiled egg whites, 2 rice cakes with topped each with 1/4 cup Fage fat-free Greek yogurt, and sprinkled with cinnamon (total of 6 pts) Lunch: I'm boring have been eating a salad with chicken or some other lean protein. I'd love ideas here! Dinner: There are so many options, but last night I made a simple orange chicken and put it over steamed cauliflower and broccoli. This is the recipe. I only used 1 tsp of oil, so my total points came from the coconut oil, chicken breast, and oranges. Very low points, but tasty and filling! I'd love to hear your ideas! |
broccoli, potatoe and cheese
I've only been back on WW one week, but my new favorite meal is broccoli and cheese sause, add 2 servings of o'brain potatoes (potatoes, peppers, onions) browned in a skillet (no oil or add((add points))).
