Default Exercising and points

Hola! Does anyone know where I can configure how many points I have gained whenever I exercise? This is driving me crazy . I haven't been to meetings in a while, but I am going to go back soon though! Thanks

I could be wrong, but if I remember right from the WW site, 80 calories is an AP.

In your book that you get on week 1 there is a chart for different weights and intensities and length of exercise and it tells you how much it is.

There is no official word from WW how many calories = 1 point. That is just something a member made up. Use the activity tracker or the information in you materials.

The AP points calculator makes me crazy. Ten minutes walking around WalMart pushing a cart is 1 point and 30 minutes at 14+mph on my stationary bike is 2.

Feh.

I don't "eat my points" but I find this annoying.
