health checks: dairy?

  • Hi. I want to make sure and get my 2 servings of dairy in for my health checks, but I am not sure what constitutes a serving. Here are the things I am interested in:

    - milk?
    - cheese?
    - yogurt?
    - cottage cheese?

    I haven't been able to find this information. Does anyone know the serving size?
