I'm starting over again, I began in October and lost about 8 pounds and have lost and gained it again so I've decided to just step back and start all over again.. I have struggled all my life with my weight. I've found it harder this time around as well. My hardest part is working on the rode and having to eat out a lot.. sometimes in the smaller towns finding good healthy choices is a challenge for me.

Just a suggestion ... but have you retaken your measurements lately? I know that when I was on WW 2 years ago, I went through a month long period of not losing. i was getting very frustrated, but then took my measurements and realized I had "lost" over 8 inches.
Sometimes when you are exercising, the scale doesn't go down because your body is changing fat into muscle. You may measure yourself and be pleasantly surprised! :hug: |
