I am new to this board, not to 3FC and not to WW. I rejoined today and I hope this is the last time I have to say that . I am a mother of 4 beautiful kids, I am a pre nursing student, and I am a caregiver for an elderly woman. I am very busy and very lazy when I am not very busy. I am trying to work on my stress/food issues and make myself plan better. Anyway I will be around here I guess and I wanted to say hi to everyone.

I actually signed up at a meeting and I am not doing it online. I had tried that but I did not stick with it like I did when I went to the meetings. I did buy a new kit though because I thought it might be nice to have updated food guides, mine were over 5 years old. Thanks for the welcome.
