I like seeing all the menus and points along side them. It gives me ideas.
Breakfast: banana (2) water with benefiber
MidMorning Meal: 1 cup penne pasta (5) canned pasta sauce (2)
Snack: Popcorn (2)
Lunch: water with benefiber and iceberg lettuce salad (0) with a block of cheese (2) baco bits (1?) and salad dressing (2) full fat....
Trying to use up the last bit of this bottle.
Snack: Chocolate drizzle rice cake (2)
Dinner: Made chicken and dumplings (8) and mashed potatoes (3)
After, I ate a bit of leftover Easter chocolate rabbit, so I added 4. It wasn't a perfect measurement so I overestimated.
So I'm at 32/28 I think.
I just started this two days ago.
Getting used to points and all.
