Default the filling foods list

Ok, Ive seen the filling foods list.

And from what Ive read, we are to count points for five weeks using this list, correct?

Is this really anything new? Seems like we are to always count points.

Thanks

Do you do Core? Then in Week 6 the Simply Filling book will be passed out and that has the no counting plan option that replaces the old Core Plan. Do you have any materials?

No, I dont have any materials.

I was given some info from a friend. I have the slider, and a WW book with food points of foods. Ive just counted points in the past and lost weight. I was wondering how the new list fits in. Im still in need of losing more.

The new plan encourages you to focus your eating on Filling Foods. You count points as normal (unless you are using the Simply Filling technique, which as Quilter said isn't really explained to us at meetings for another few weeks), just try to eat as much as possible from the Filling Foods list - it's full of good fiber, protein, and nutrients your body needs.

Thanks to you all.

All this info can be so confusing to me.

What is the simply filling technique?

I appreciate all your help.
