When do you weigh in?

  • This has always been kind of one sided for me. I always choose to weigh in on Wednesdays, as soon as I go to the bathroom. I think this is the best way to show when there isn't really nothing in your stomach. But in reality, you most likely will never not have the food like you do in the mornings so it's all the more confusing for me. Any input?
  • I weigh in Saturday mornings, prior to the meeting, keeps me on track Friday night, and lets me let a little loose Saturday night if need be!


  • I weigh in in the mornings as well. I will probably do so on Wednesdays too, just because I have to be up early for class so it's one of those days when I can always weigh in around the same time.
  • I assume you want to know your body's weight not the food, right? But beyond the food, the amount of water in your body goes up and down rapidly. So I think getting hung up on the little variations is a problem. It helps to remember that one cup of water is about 1/2 a pound.
  • My weigh-in is on Saturday morning. I am surprised at the positive psychological impact this has had on me.
  • I weigh in officially on Sunday morning, but check the scale twice a week just to keep me focused
  • I weigh in Monday evenings...it lets me know just how good I have to be for the week :-)
  • I weigh in on Wednesday mornings. So far it's worked really well for me. I like it.
  • Friday mornings for me. I always use all my flex over the weekends so I like to wi on fridays so they roll over and then I get back to daily pts on monday. Has been working well for me so far. And yes I always use the bathroom too before hand so I can get my real weight even though I know as soon as I eat breakfast it changes, lol.. it's a mental thing for me, lol
  • For me, it's Saturday mornings, after I potty, wearing only my birthday suit.
  • I weigh in Monday afternoons. I actually hate this time because I swear it is my heaviest time all week but I really like the leader and the group. And heck, in the end it is the long run not the day of weigh in that is important to me.

  • I started WW on a Wednesday, so that's always been my weigh in day. I weigh in at 8 am, after I've been up a few hours, in case I have to "go" again. It can make a difference, lol.
  • I weigh in on Fridays after I use the toilet and before I hop in the shower. I keep my digital scale next to the shower. I like Fridays because like spryng I use the majority of my flex points over the weekend and start fresh on Monday.
  • I weigh in on Monday mornings, right after I get up. (I also take a few sneak peeks throughout the week.) Any weekend indulgences show up, but the overall number is still going down so that makes me happy.
  • I weigh in Wednesday evenings because that's when I can make it to meetings. It never occurred to me that the day/time of day would make a huge difference.
