September has been wrapped up, and we are on to October! Before we get too invested in this month's goals and accomplishments, let's look back at our September losers and give them a great big hand!

Thanks to everyone for your participation, we had a great month together! Let's make October count, too, as it's really the last month before the food-centric holidays begin in earnest... Right? Who's with me? :D

Today's my weigh in day, so I'll start things off. I lost .2. Funny, but I squealed when I saw that it was below the last number.

Boy this is going slow, at this rate it will take 4 years to lose what I need to lose.

I have gained 1 lb :( I'm hoping posting for this thread will be a good incentive for me to lose weight this month!

I'll weigh-in on Monday. But I do weigh everyday and so far it's looking great!

I feel so bad I started posting in Sept and then totally spaced out so now I will start again and remember to post for the entire month

Well chicks.. I got rid of 1 pound of the 2 I gained from last time!
