Question: In WW they count a can of tuna as 4 points? BUT when I use the points track finder thing, my can, adds up to 2...should I be counting a can of tuna as 4 or 2? Please help!
In WW, they chose 4 points because it was the average number of points. Some cans were 2, some 3, 4,5,6,7,8, and they averaged all the cans for convenience purposes. Go with 2 points!
If you have the nutritional information for a food item, then you should always use that.
