i just realised i havent posted a menu in ages! to be honest its because ive been being quite bold; my meals are all core (cos im doing core until i get those pounds ive gained recently back off) but im also snacking in between! my weigh in is tomorrow evening instead of the usual wednesday so hopefully its a loss, and then on wednesday morning im off to america for a week, so once im back it's going to be accountability all the way! we also booked hotels with gyms in them so im going to work out as much as possible! im thinking of starting the couch to 5k soon as well so all in all im really going to try and get my plan back on track!

I'm going to join this thread. I just realized that I've been eating a lot of tomatoes lately (as apposed to before I started WW) and I had to look them up-I forgot that they're a fruit. Thankfully they have 0 points.
