I am not a doctor, but I would assume you can take your antibiotics with your normal meals. There is no reason to overeat just to take an antibiotic, right? If you feel nauseous after eating and taking the pill, I guess you'll know to eat a little more at the next meal with it. The most important thing is to take care of your health, don't stress about weight while you recover! I hope you feel better soon, I looked up pleurisy and boy it doesn't sound fun!

Definitely not ketchup Not quite like marinara either, because that's usually flavored/spiced. The stuff we get here is basically just tomatoes but in sauce form... Uh... That's not very helpful Do you have tomato paste? If you have paste you can make sauce by adding water to the paste to thin it out, you still want it kind of thick though. When I made mine I actually didn't use tomato sauce, just paste, and then dumped in some BBQ sauce and I loved it that way.
Friday:
B: 2 slices sprouted grain bread (2), earth balance (1), milk in coffee (1)
S: odwalla bar (4)
L: leftover pasta and pesto (7)
S: apple (1)
D: black bean and butternut squash tacos (8), 2 squares dark chocolate (2)

So my boyfriend really wants nachos tonight... I talked him into buying multigrain chips (yay!) and we will top them with ground turkey, onion and fat free cheese (I will add tomato and hot peppers to mine!) and we have fat free sour cream to dip them in.... so HOPEFULLY they won't be too bad. I am saying 15 points thought I don't know for sure. I am going to roast myself some squash and green beans to eat with them to hopefully cut down on the number of nachos. He is trying to watch his dairy intake so I might be able to use less cheese haha
Friday:
B: watermelon (1); yogurt (1); 2 slices whole wheat toast (3) w/ light herb and garlic cream cheese (1); iced coffee (1)
S: blueberries (1); green tea
L: pasta salad: whole wheat noodles (2) onion, garlic, green peas, hot peppers, tomato (1) lobster pollock (1) tossed in balsamic vinegar dressing (1) and lemon juice; nectarine (1)
S: watermelon (1); green tea
D: nachos (15) roasted green beans, butternut squash and ketchup (2)
32/25
20 flex points left
10+ superfoods
