Subway Restaurant
 

I'm going to get Subway for lunch, but I don't really understand the WW website breakdown of points. Is the 6 inch subway club 6 points for the entire sandwich, or just the meat? is Cheese included in that total? Is the bread? Please help I don't want to go order a 12 point sandwich.

Why dont you check the cal/fat/fiber online at subway website then put into the WW webiste or the lil cardboard point checker =]

A 6" Subway club with no cheese and no mayo (or other "full flavor" dressing) is 6 POINTS, adding American Cheese adds one POINT.

Usually Points for Subway are meat and bread and veggies, no cheese or dressings/sauces except yellow mustard.

i usually calc 6 pts for a half sandwich according to the above (no cheese or anything fun), and then I'll spray dressing on the bread for 0 pts. Also, they have a $5 for a 12 inch special, at least around here, so that's lunhc AND dinner! Pretty great for the money!!
