Valentine's Day Goals - How'd you do?

  • Well, it's the 15th of February now... how did you do with your Valentine's day goals? I wanted to be in the 150's and I made it so I am quite pleased.

Also, what are your goals for Easter? It is on March 23 so you have just over a month.

I would like to lose 5 pounds by then, but ideally, I would love to be at 150 which is my first goal and 10% gone (so 8 pounds). We shall see! I swear I have some kind of hidden destructive tendencies. I will have a great day, watch what I eat, and then blow it badly at night or get something that's not point-friendly when I go to the movies (which I do often, since I am a film student!). I would like to get over this, otherwise I am going to be in big trouble when I go on a cruise in March because of the abundance of food that will be around!

Good luck everyone! If you didn't reach your Valentine's Day goal, we're all here to help keep you motivated to reach your Easter one!!
  • So.... we don't have to talk about what happened last night, right?

I didn't have any goals to meet by Valentine's Day, so I suppose I did fine. I'm happy that I'm still sticking to WW, and my goal for Easter is to still be sticking to WW by then I don't like setting time-restricted WL goals... So I'll just say that my Easter goal is to not make it a repeat of Valentine's Day (which involved Chinese dumplings and lots of chocolate...)!

Good job though, freedom, on meeting your VDay goal, good luck meeting your Easter one!!
  • Oh SuiteJ...I'd rather not talk about last night as well! Ha-ha, but it's good to be accountable, so I will. I think I only used up ALL my flex points but maybe didn't go over... That was my only goal!

We ate at home (made that spinach/bleu cheese quesadilla recipe I found on the WW site) because we don't like to fight the restaurant crowds on Valentine's, but went out for nightcaps at our local pub. I actually don't have a sweet tooth at all, but I do like beer on tap! That's how I waste points... Anyway, it didn't help that they gave us "freebies" at the pub because they love us. Oh dear!

Well, that's that, and I'm really watching the points for the rest of the week, since now I've got no wiggle room!

Gratz, freedom, on getting into the 50s!!
  • I also have no wiggle room, so I'll have to watch. I feel like I did good, there were 11 pts. of chocolate, and 27 pts. of wings, but there were also 6 APs, so today I'm OP and looking forward to staying OP and hoping for a loss and at the very least to stay the same next tues.
