Hi and welcome! We have a huge and active WW forum, so I'm going to move your question over there. I'm sure that one of our helpful members will be able to answer your question.

I do know that 3 oz cooked is 3 pts, but I'm not sure if that's a 1/2 cup. If you have a food scale you can measure it out. Hope that helps!

I measure mine by ounces, too. In liquids, 1/2 = 4 oz., but it's not the same with solids. (think of puffed rice!) However, until you get a food scales, I'd count 1/2 as 4 points.

Thank you both. I did get a food scale last night. We had homemade tacos/burrittos??? We use the soft low fat tortilla shells, kraft free cheese..so, not to bad on points.

Thanks again for the info.
