I also LOVE peanut butter, but when I make a sandwich I only use 1 tbsp for 2 pts. At least I get the taste in my mouth. But don't get me wrong, if I have 6 points left over at night I will slap 2 tbsp on the bread. LOL!

I had stopped eating pb too, but since I read about the Flat Belly diet in the latest Prevention magazine and how the "good" fats in nuts and pb helps reduce fat/inches around the tummy, I put it back in my diet. I ate 2 sl of Nature's Own white wheat bread 1 pt. with 1 T Skippy natural pb which is 2.5 pts. for a total of 3.5 pts for breakfast. Like crbowles says 1T only gives you the taste, but I'm eating out today and I wanted to save my points for restaurant eating otherwise I would have had the 2T serving. I'm excited to learn that it is good for me and does something positive for me which means I can have it. I like it in oatmeal too, but of course more pts.

So, I'm looking at the peanut butter in the grocery last night and there was Peter Pan whipped peanut butter! I bought a jar and had some on a rice cake tonight, it was great, so easy to spread! and 3 pts. per 2 tbsp. instead of 5 pts. for chunky. I also bought some natural chunky pb, which came out to just barely 5 pts. but the only ingredient was peanuts, rather than all the stuff in "regular" pb.
