So simple and soooo tastey. Put it on fish on steak, on chicken, on veggies. If you like the zing of blue cheese you'll love this.
Serving size 1 Tbsp.
3/4 cup gargonzola cheese (crumbled)
3/4 stick of butter (room temperature)
1 tsp lemon juice
pepper to taste and a couple shakes of oregano
Blend all in a med. bowl cover and refridgerate for at least 2 hours to let flavours meld.
Make sure you put it on hot food so the butter and cheese will melt a bit...if you need to, put it under the broiler for a bit.
This worked out to just less than 1 Carb per tbsp.
