Need help with ideas for cheese crisps
 

I want to make cheese chips and I have seen on different sites that you can buy the different flavors, but, I don't want to pay that much for just a few. I want to bake my own. Has anyone tried to make any with these cheeses? I am bad about what seasoning goes with what. what have you put on these cheeses?

Parmesan
Romano
Swiss


I need some snacks to take with me next weekend. My sisters, aunt and I will be having a weekend get away for the first time ever and I don't want to get caught up in their bad snacks. I want stuff that will keep me going with my lc.
We plan on dips and chips and if I have these, I know I will stay on track. the dips are the easy part

I find some cheese are too salty for crisps for my taste.

Take some veg for those dips too -

Deviled eggs work well, and travel if you put the halves back together.

Or, there's, dare I say it, somebody will flog me, PORK SKINS. I still love 'em.
