I hope it's okay to post a recipe I got from a magazine--of course I did modify it slightly, so maybe that's okay.
3 C strong coffee ½ C artificial sweetener equivalent (recipe originally called for sugar) ½ C cream Splash of hazelnut DaVinci syrup (if desired) Mix all ingredients and freeze in small ice cream freezer. (Okay, I changed the directions to make it simpler for me--now I'll tell you how THEY said to do it :) Mix coffee and sweetener together; pour into 9x9 pan and place in freezer for 1½ hours. Stir with fork to break apart, then place back into freezer for another hour. Stir with fork again. Top with whipped cream. To be perfectly honest, I tried this first and didn't like the way it was going so I transferred it to my ice cream freezer. Anyway, it's really good if you like coffee flavored drinks.
