Got this from another lc website....made it this morning for breakfast...YUMMMMMMMMO
Beat 3 eggs in a bowl with 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 packet Splenda (or 2 tsp. grandular Splenda = 1 packet)
Cook in butter the way you would scrambled eggs.
Top with butter (I melted about 1 Tbsp. butter) and sugar-free syrup (I used DaVinci's Caramel, about 1-1 1/2 tsps.)
Tastes like french toast & its simple to make
