Whole wheat bread (bread machine)
 

8 oz (225 ml) water
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons gluten
2 teaspoons dry yeast

Add to bread machine in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer.

I have a recipe simular to this but I added some sourdough mix, honey instead of molasses and I mixed in ww pastry flour too. Great bread. Let me know if you would like this recipe.
