Thanks for the great ideas glad I checked this site. I am going to take your recipe for the chicken stuffed jalopenos to Hawaii and make them for my son and his wife. Great idea thanks so much for sharing.

We're also making tortilla wraps: WW tortillas spread with lf cream cheese, topped with ham and shredded cheese. Roll up tightly, cut into circles. Serve with salsa. |

Ken's makes a buffalo wing sauce (no sugar) -- I marinade it for at least 5 hours, then put 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil on my grill pan. Literally, that's it! I use chicken tenders or breasts (just cut -- sometimes I make "poppers" and cut into bite sizes)
