Ooopsie Paninis
 

In the quest for something sandwich-y, I made this "bread" tonight. Put layers of thin roast beef (bought at the deli, grilled on my Foreman grill first), a slice of low fat swiss cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms... yum!

Well, I edited to remove the recipe, because I was looking around on her blog and I wasn't supposed to post it here. Sorry you'll have to copy and paste this, I'm a newb still. :)
