Phase 1 Asian Sesame Salad Dressing
I LOVE Panera Bread's Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. This is a copycat recipe I found online for that dressing (doctored up a bit to use SB friendly ingredients):
2 tablespoons Splenda 2 teaspoons soy sauce (I used a reduced sodium version) 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1/4 cup vegetable oil (I used canola) 3 tablespoons rice vinegar (I used cider vinegar) Combine all ingredients, shake, and serve! I haven't had this on a salad yet, but I made it in a salad dressing shaker thingy (I know there's a more technically appropriate name for it!) and took a lick from the bottle, and it's quite good! |
Mmm, that does sound good. Ever since I saw my mother's bottle of asian salad dressing in her fridge, I've been wanting to try some. Your recipe sounds really good! :D
