Below 40%!!!!

I have a bodyfat scale. I realize they arent 100% accurate, but most reports say they are repeatable -

Anyway, for the first time this morning it showed below 40%---39.7%!!

Excellent, you are obviously doing something right!

I bought a hand held body fat monitor but haven't used it yet. Not good at figuring out gadgets and if I ask DH for help he will make fun of me over my latest tracking device (he thinks fitday is ridiculous..very supportive, eh?)

How old is your darling little baby now? The new love of my life, Angeline, is 6 months on the 17th.

He is 10 weeks now..I think. Man with dd I knew the #weeks &days withiut thinking! Poor 2nd children

Mine will be 7wks tomorrow. I only know that cuz I had my 6wk appt last week!
