You know what? I truly believe that while what I did was tough ANYONE can do it! Just believe in yourself & start treating yourself the way you would want your child or loved one or best friend or dog or cat to be treated....Forgive yourself often and celebrate your successes every chance you get. THAT is what made the difference for me this time around!

Congratulations, I love what you did for a reward because that is sure going to help you keep the weight off that you have lost. Also a new article of clothing is a great reward. I can't wait to get to under 160. It is my next goal
