my first mini-goal post
 

I am setting my first mini goal post here ever!

I am currently 4 pounds into my first 10 pound goal. I can't wait to post that I made it! The first ten pounds are always hardest for me because it's so hard for me to get motivated to change and then do it! once I get that off, I am super charged to lose the rest. Wish me luck. I hope to have it off by the new year!

Also, can someone PLEASE tell me what NSV means? :)

I, too, am also trying to get my first 10 pound loss (obviously, I haven't been working that hard!) And just like you, it is soooo hard for me to get motivated. I hope that it happens for me soon!
