4 lbs until "NORMAL" BMI

I have 4 more lbs to lose until I am a "normal" BMI. That just occurred to me. Thought I would share. I'm pretty excited. I remember when I was an "obese" BMI and couldn't wait to get to "over weight". Took me almost 60 lbs to get there!

Stay the course everyone. Stay determined. Keep up the faith and the pace. It will happen!
