Been hanging in Finally a NSV
Well I have been quite for awhile. Still plugging away. Some days better then otters. Since Sept my Hubby changed back to working days instead of evenings. That put a little kink in my nightly schedule and meal making. BUT i have kept up on exercising pretty much. Soooo since then I have not shed to many pounds. I felt i kinda threw the last almost two months away. even tho i still exercise 6 times a week. Not seeing the sale move didn't make me to happy. I believe slow and stead tho. So I took my measurements this minoring. Feeling skinny I did. Since Oct 6th the last time i took them I lost 3 more inches.
Surprise surprise. I finally felt like I did do something right. I find my body goes like that. One month out two I lose a few pounds. when I don;t see the scale moving I know to get the measuring tape out. So I just had to share that .I am sooooooo wanting to get into the 180's I am like a few pounds fro that .
