I didn't eat the twix
 

I am so proud of myself. I am Queen of the I blew it so why not eat everything attitude. Yesterday I ate a healthy dinner and was still hungry. I then ate 6 mini rolls (yeah I know 6!!!). My son who thought he was doing something nice brought me home a Twix bar from school. After I ate the rolls I was starting to think about the Twix and picked up my book instead because I didn't want to blow it more.

This morning I opened the Twix and put it in the outside trash can so I won't be temped again.

Good for you! It takes just as much willpower to DESTROY a food item that you like as it does to see it sitting there and not eat it. Way to go!
