1st Goal to be achieved on Nov. 6, 2006

Well, here I go!!
I am a 22 year old college student going through Nursing school. I have a fairly busy schedule, lots of stress and tend to emotionally eat *or just eat the wrong stuff*
Anyways, my very first goal *although it may be small to others* is very big to me. Starting as soon as I wake up on Nov. 6th 2006, I will eat a nutritious breakfast of both protein and fiber.
Along with this is my drinking more water *at least 80 oz/day.
I know it's the slow changes that are long lasting, and by the Grace of God I will do this!

:cheer2:

Update

Hey all, it's almost 8 am and the first half of my goal has already been achieved!! Temptation did hit full force this morning, but thank God I did not eat those sweets!!!
I'm heading to Curves here in about 10 minutes, so I'll have my workout in for the day.

Now for the next part of my days goal: drinking 100 oz of water.

Have a great and blessed day everyone!!

It's 10:25pm and I'm almost there...shew

WOW...God sooo got me through this day successfully!!
I achieved the other half of my goal and drank 104 oz of water today! :carrot:
Praise God!

Well, now that I know that with and through God I can get through one day...I do believe I will try another day! As a matter of fact, for the rest of this week I will continue drinking 100 oz of water per day and eating a healthy breakfast.

Hope you all have a great week!

Sorry for the late update

Hey everyone! Sorry for the late update, but I had a lot going on yesterday.
By the Grace of God *yet again* I achieved my goal yesterday!! :dancer:

Just by eating a better meal for breakfast and adding a lot more water to my daily habits, I have noticed a HUGE change in my energy level in just 2 days! My daily fatigue has been cut in half, not to mention I stay fuller longer.

On to day 3!!!

PRAISE GOD!!! :cheer:

Late update *soooorrry*

Hey everyone!! Sorry I missed my update lastnight! Nursing school is a little hectic at the moment because finals are just around the corner *yay!* :cp:

Well, yesterday I didn't do as well as i wanted with my water goal...:dz: but I still got in 85 oz of water. We had a hectic night in Labor and Delivery and hardly had time to refill my water bottle. I did however eat a healthy protein/fiber rich breakfast.

Today was better!! I ended up drinking around 90 oz *still not 100 but close!* I of course had my healthy breakfast.

I can honestly say that by just making these two small changes in my daily habits...I've had lots more energy, my skin is smoother, I'm fuller longer between meals and I don't have the 'brain fog' around 3-4pm!!

Thank you everyone for the wonderful encouragement. I pray you are all doing marvelously with your goals!
Have a wonderful day/night.
