Choose to Live
Just had my first Check-up after I decided to Live.
Diabetes: A1C1 Hemoglobin at 6.0 Lower than it has ever been. Dr said that, if I go down .2 more points, I can go off of one of my medications. YES! Pain: Chiropractor only wants to see me 1x per week (I started at 3) My spine is straight as an arrow and I can move my legs without pain. Still have a little stiffness when standing for long periods of time, but am much better. Weight: Down 14 lbs since September 1 when I started to live again. Life: Having fun with husband in the County Citizen's Sheriffs Academy. Smiling a lot.:) |
