3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - I hit my first mini gaol and had a NSV!

Well the first is self explanitory I hit my first mini goal of 198. 197.4 to be exact! :carrot: I'm in Onederland! But I had a NSV also. Boy I'm just on cloud 9. Anyway Dh and I bowl on a league on Wed nights. While we were at the bowling alley I ran into and old coworker. We both quit around the same time and haven't seen eachother in about a year. I'm about 20 lbs lighter since the last time we saw eachother and I have firmed up some in alot of areas. After the initial hug and how are ya doing stuff he said wow you have lost weight! You look good. I was so happy that someone noticed! I still have 60-70 lbs to lose but wow that made me feel good! I'll tell ya that gave me so much motivation! As soon as I'm over the bronchitis and tonsilitis (so I can breathe and stop wheezing) I am gonna hit those yoga and aerobics classes and machines at the gym with all I've got! I want to hear that more often :devil: !
